HR Generalist*in (60 – 100% workload)
Your tasks
- Contact person for all topics related to all personnel inquiries and processes
- Management and design of the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding process
- Consulting and support of employees and management in all HR topics
- Leading, moderating, and accompanying demanding conversations
- Assistance with administrative tasks including payroll processing (Abacus)
- Participation and support in HR projects
Your profile
- Solid HR experience, preferably in a similar position
- Further education in the HR field
- Flexibility, high social competence, and sense of responsibility
- Precise, independent, efficient, and solution-oriented working style
- Confident German in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Enjoy working with people, communicative and highly empathetic
