Your Tasks
As the daily responsible person, you support and accompany the team through the workday and demonstrate your organizational skills. You also maintain contact with relatives, trusted persons, and other interfaces. In direct care, you take responsibility for professional care and support of our residents. With your modern understanding of care and your high social competence, you help shape the care processes in the long term. You handle different and complex situations professionally, valuing an empathetic and appreciative approach. You organize your area of expertise independently and in accordance with professional and internal standards, concepts, and guidelines. Sharing your knowledge and supporting and promoting employees brings you joy.
Thanks to our night shift staff, you do not have to take on night shifts.
As the RAI Responsible Person, you take responsibility for the proper application of the interRAI LTCF instrument and ensure that all codings are correct and traceable. With your commitment, you ensure that the interRAI classifications are not only professionally sound but also play a significant role in our company's success. You monitor the RAI-specific and medical quality indicators, analyze them with your expertise, and report to the relevant parties. You are the contact person for health insurance companies and responsible for audits.

Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Training as RAI Expert or Supervisor
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Resilience and flexibility
