About the job
The outpatient services in the field of hearing include in particular the Audiopedagogical Service (APD), the Pediatric Audiological Service (PAD), as well as counseling for the hard of hearing and deaf (BFSUG), and work closely together in the competence center. The Outpatient Hearing Services have further development potential and are to be specifically further developed and expanded in the coming years.
To lead and further develop our outpatient services, we are looking for a committed personality as of June 1, 2026, or by agreement for the position of
Head of Audiopedagogical and Pediatric Audiological Service (APD/PAD) 80–100 %
Your tasks
Management of the Audiopedagogical Service (APD) and Pediatric Audiological Service (PAD) areas
Personnel management as well as promotion of collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
Planning of resources, capacities, and budget as well as ensuring economical use of funds
Ensuring efficient processes and quality standards
Collaboration with schools, specialist offices, canton, and disability insurance (IV)
Cooperation and coordination with other services of Landenhof – Center for Hearing and Vision, especially with counseling for the hard of hearing and deaf (BFSUG), as well as coordination of specific offers such as the Kanti support point
Representation of the services in the professional network
Participation in the further development and expansion of the Outpatient Hearing Services
Your profile
University degree in education, therapy, or social field
Leadership experience and enthusiasm for the further development of teams and services
Interest in the field of hearing or working with people with hearing impairments
Interest and understanding of interdisciplinary professional work in the context of pedagogy, counseling, and audiological issues
Networked thinking as well as pronounced communication skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Experience in the field of hearing or audiopedagogy is an advantage.
