Polymechanic Specialist in CNC Turning (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
- You operate, optimize, and program our modern, fully automated CNC turning centers
- You create new CNC programs on Fanuc controls and contribute your ideas to program optimization
- As a self-inspector, you ensure the highest precision in our grinding rings and grinding cones
- You ensure that our machinery is always reliable and ready for use
- In the morning, you actively participate in our shop floor meeting and independently plan and process your orders for the rest of the day
- You support the team in the continuous improvement of our processes and participate in projects
Your qualifications:
- You have completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ
- You bring 2 or more years of experience in the turning specialization
- You work independently, precisely, and like to take responsibility
- You think solution-oriented and enjoy improving existing processes
- As a team player, you value exchange within the team and support others with your expertise
In this role, you lay the foundation for our coffee machines and work on the core – our grinding unit is made from the grinding ring and cone.
