Our client ensures inpatient, partial inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care for the three cantons. It employs around 500 staff. The clinic is a center for inpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy for adults. As a training clinic, category A, inpatient with a total of 156 clinic beds and about 1400 admissions per year, it is equivalent to university and cantonal clinics. Task:
Responsibility and execution for the comprehensive implementation of a complete nursing process within the framework of key worker work. Co-responsibility for preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures. Support in crisis situations. Conducting complex conversations with relatives. Responsibility and co-design of interprofessional collaboration. Practical training of apprentices and students: guide, accompany and support. Leading groups.
Requirements:
Degree as Dipl. Nurse HF / FH or recognized Experience in nursing mentally ill patients Very good German skills in spoken and written High personal responsibility and proven social competence Enjoyment of teamwork Good networked thinking
