Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing Operating Various CNC Machining Centers

• Operating various CNC machining centers (including Makino A88e and A100e, Fehlmann Versa 945, etc.)
• Setting up workpieces according to part documentation
• Processing individual parts and small series
• Loading machining centers, refining and adjusting processes
• Ensuring automatic production flow
• Deburring, cleaning, and oiling manufactured workpieces
• Performing simple quality checks on workpieces
• Performing simple maintenance tasks on machining centers

• Completed training as polymechanic, toolmaker, machine mechanic, or similar
• Several years of professional experience in milling/drilling processing
• Experience with CNC machining centers
• Knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain controls is an advantage
• Interest in mechanical engineering and CNC technology
• Independent and precise working style
