Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing Operating Various CNC Machining Centers
Activities
- Operating various CNC machining centers (including Makino A88e and A100e, Fehlmann Versa 945, etc.)
- Setting up workpieces according to part documentation
- Processing individual parts and small series
- Loading machining centers, refining and adjusting processes
- Ensuring automatic production flow
- Deburring, cleaning, and oiling manufactured workpieces
- Performing simple quality checks on workpieces
- Performing simple maintenance tasks on machining centers
Requirements
- Completed training as polymechanic, toolmaker, machine mechanic, or similar
- Several years of professional experience in milling/drilling processing
- Experience with CNC machining centers
- Knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain controls is an advantage
- Interest in mechanical engineering and CNC technology
- Independent and precise working style
