Do you enjoy working in a family-oriented institution? The APH Homburg in the rural upper Homburg Valley in the Canton of Baselland has 48 beds, some of which are occupied by residents in need of care and those with dementia, and employs around 70 staff members. For our gastronomy team, we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement for a/n Employee in Gastronomy Residential Area and Kitchen 40 - 70% (shifts as needed in the residential area or in the kitchen, partly with room hours) Our basic idea: A tree that is transplanted in its last stage of life needs particularly much care and affection to bloom again. It is similar with people. Therefore, the quality of life of our residents is at the center of our work. Your tasks:
- As an open, sociable person, you will care for our residents during meals in the residential areas or in the dining room and take their meal requests.
- In the dining area in the residential area as well as in the kitchen, you ensure order and cleanliness and ensure the supply of dishes and food.
- Daily, you will go on a tea round through the residents' rooms.
- You will ensure that food and dirty laundry carts are brought to the right place at the right time.
- During the week, you will take care of replenishing the household laundry.
- On weekends, you will distribute newspapers to the residents and take on household cleaning tasks.
- You act as an interface in the residential area between care, gastronomy, and housekeeping. We offer:
