- Organization, control and monitoring of all CNC production orders
- Programming, adjustment and optimization of CNC machines
- Technical support as well as deployment and resource planning of CNC machinists
- Ensuring quality, punctuality and machine maintenance
- Continuous improvement of processes as well as training and promotion of employees
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a carpenter EFZ
- Strong organizational skills, team spirit and precise working method
- High technical understanding as well as affinity for IT and digital processes
- Physical resilience; forklift license is an advantage
