We are looking for a trained meat specialist in production and possibly store preparation 50% - 100%
Areas of responsibility:
- Producing various cooked sausages
- Deboning and trimming half animals
- Producing our house ham
- Cleaning the production and store preparation
- (Store trimming of premium cuts)
- (Preparing wholesale orders)
- (Delivery to our wholesale customers)
What we expect:
- Completed basic training as a meat specialist
- Self-responsibility and resilience
- Ideally a driver’s license
- Work experience is not necessarily required. We are happy to give newly trained professionals a chance.
