Baker & Norton Fiduciaire SA, active for over 25 years serving local SMEs, supports its clients in the services and industry sectors in accounting, taxation, auditing and business consulting. As part of the development of our team in Monthey, we are looking for a Head of Fiduciary Mandates and Advisory.

Your Responsibilities

As Head of Fiduciary Mandates and Advisory, your main responsibilities will include:

• Independently managing a diverse client portfolio, including SMEs, self-employed individuals and private clients.
• Maintaining accounting records, preparing annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Providing assistance and advice on accounting, tax and financial matters.
• Developing trusting relationships with clients.
• Participating in the audit of annual accounts of regional SMEs.
• Supervising and training team members.

Your Profile

• Federal diploma as a fiduciary agent or federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting (or equivalent qualification).
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector.
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss accounting and taxation.
• Proficiency in common IT tools and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Excellent communication skills and client orientation.
• Ability to supervise and mentor colleagues.
• Experience in auditing is an advantage.
