The MiƩelpunktschools of the Schwyz district are a highly networked educational center with seven locations, around 250 teachers, and 1650 students. We offer diverse school models, integration programs, and talent classes.
For School Building C of MPS Schwyz, we are looking for a committed team leader starting August 1, 2026, who is eager to take on responsibility and actively help shape the school.
The team leadership workload comprises around 18 lessons – with the possibility to further expand your commitment through additional teaching or exciting projects.
Your tasks
- Member of the school management team
- Participation in school development and projects
- Personnel management (after completed school management training): classroom visits, employee discussions
Your profile
- Teaching diploma for secondary level I and several years of teaching experience
- School management training or willingness to complete it
- Responsible, communicative, team-oriented
- Interest in school development, assertiveness, and empathy
- High presence on site and time flexibility
