Head Quality and Customer Value (80–100%)
What makes your everyday life exciting?
- Further development of the integrated management system as well as definition of quality and customer value goals including KPIs.
- Ensuring "Built in Quality", managing the complaint process (PDCA) and quality reviews with markets and production sites.
- Control of quality management and quality assurance with a focus on prevention and root cause analysis.
- Support of international market organizations and external production sites.
- Planning and conducting audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ATEX, CE, UL/CSA) as well as deriving improvement measures.
- Monitoring performance, annual management review and regular reporting.
- Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection as well as operational sustainability.
- Leading the continuous improvement process (CIP/KVP) and promoting a culture of ownership and operational excellence.
What do you bring with you?
- Solid experience in quality management, quality assurance, occupational safety and environmental management.
- Higher technical education (e.g., chemistry, electronics or mechanics).
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ATEX, CE, UL/CSA.
- Experience with Lean, Kaizen or CIP methods as well as a pragmatic understanding of the sensible balance point between process and agility.
- Strong leadership and communication skills as well as enjoyment in working in international teams.
- Fluent German and English skills; additional languages welcome.
- Willingness to travel and IT affinity.
