- Operational HR support for the assigned areas; support throughout the entire employee life cycle (onboarding, assessment and development, training and development, retention and remuneration, exit)
- Support in the modernization, harmonization, and standardization of HR processes
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements, HR policies, and HR processes in the assigned areas
- Support in the cultural development and implementation of the RUAG strategy, personnel policy, personnel strategy, as well as personnel planning in the assigned areas
- Accompanying and supporting team processes, conflict resolution, and change processes in the assigned areas
- Active participation in organizational development and shaping corporate culture
- Collaboration in HR projects and working groups within HR
- Support in accident and illness cases (long-term absences, reintegration, etc.) in close cooperation with service providers of professional measures (disability insurance, job coach, etc.)
- Supporting the Head of HR Business Partnering
This is what you bring
- Commercial basic training as well as further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or an equivalent degree (in HR management or similar)
- Several years of experience in a comparable role in operational HR business partnering
- Change and ICT-affine, initiative-taking, flexible, and proactive personality with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Good MS Office skills and SAP HCM knowledge
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills in French and/or English are an advantage
- Willingness to travel about 40% to other RUAG locations in Switzerland
