At the beginning, you will go through our basic training as a Cabin Crew Member and then complete the training to become a Senior Cabin Crew Member "SC" first on short-haul and then on long-haul flights.

• Ensuring a meaningful flight operation while adhering to the prescribed guidelines, both in terms of safety and service
• Coordination and proactive planning of individual tasks and processes on board and targeted deployment of the respective crew members according to their skills and training level
• Implementing the goals and the common mission for above-average, friendly, and customer-oriented service on board
• Carrying out administrative tasks (reporting) for comprehensive quality assurance
• Professional and cooperative collaboration with cockpit crews, management, and other internal and external interfaces

You have at least 2 years of flight experience, including 1 year in the role of Senior Cabin Crew Member, with very good language skills in German and English as well as good knowledge of French, Italian, or Spanish (proof of B1 level).*

Additionally:

• Swiss or EU passport with a good connection to Switzerland (Swiss German must be understood)
• Well-groomed appearance with a minimum height of 158cm
• Confident demeanor, high reliability, and impeccable manners
• Active communication regarding processes and employee benefits, ability to resolve conflicts
• Conscientiousness and a high sense of responsibility

* Proof of B1 level can be provided by a diploma from a language school or a language course. Don't have a language diploma yet? No problem! Your B1 proof can also be provided later – in this case, the language requirement will be contractually recorded, and the diploma must be submitted by the start of the SC training (approximately 4 – 5 months after entry).
