HF Nursing Specialist (80–100 %) as Head of Residential Department
Do you want to offer elderly people with disabilities a home that combines security, dignity, and joy of life? Then we have something for you! For our two residential groups in the senior living segment, we are looking for a committed and empathetic department head as part of a succession plan.
Tasks
- You lead two residential groups with a total of 12 residents with disabilities.
- You manage a team of employees, promote their professional and social skills, and jointly develop processes further.
- You take responsibility for care, support, and medical matters – including the procurement of aids.
- You plan budgets, coordinate appointments, and maintain contacts with internal and external agencies.
- You design daily routines that promote quality of life and self-determination.
Requirements
- Training in the medical field (HF or equivalent).
- Ideally, leadership experience and experience in supporting people with disabilities is an advantage.
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people and a respectful approach to all involved.
- Organizational skills, assertiveness, and resilience.
- Openness to further training (e.g., Palliative Care).
