The Solothurn Center Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies, and promotes people with disabilities of all ages as a result of congenital and acquired limitations, illnesses, and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Pediatric Nursing Specialist (Pediatrics/KWS), 40-100%
What to expect
- Provision of professional basic and treatment care
- Execution of medical-technical procedures and nursing services according to training and continuing education standards
- Co-creation of a meaningful individual daily life for children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Assumption of tasks within the framework of the interdisciplinary key person system
- Creation and management of nursing and care plans and collaboration with relatives and legal representatives
- Willingness to work day and/or night shifts
Your profile
- Completed training as a Pediatric Nursing Specialist HF Pediatrics/KWS or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in health and social services and a special flair for working with children, adolescents, and young adults with severe multiple disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
