• You responsibly handle and lead a wide variety of civil engineering projects through all planning phases
• With your solid knowledge, you have the opportunity to help shape the civil engineering sector
• You actively support the expansion of interdisciplinary collaboration in the areas of environmental, construction, and plant engineering
• There is the possibility to take over a motivated team as a department head in the medium term
• You are always available to our customers through professional and partnership-based advice
• You represent HOLINGER AG in the region and actively maintain the network with customers, authorities, and contractors

• A completed degree as a civil engineer ETH/University/FH, ideally with experience in project management as well as in the dimensioning of roads and drainage projects
• Good knowledge of common tools (software programs) for dimensioning as well as the valid Swiss standards (SIA, VSS, VSA, etc.)
• You have also gained experience in acquisition and dealing with clients and authorities
• Passion for planning and implementing civil engineering projects
• Interest and motivation to integrate and apply the BIM methodology in project execution
• Willingness to take responsibility in projects and in the team
• Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written
