Specialist Address Management/Data Management (50%)

We are looking for a Specialist Address Management/Data Management (50%) at our Zurich location, starting immediately or by arrangement.

In this central role, you are responsible within our Business Development & Marketing team for quality assurance and further development of our address management and data. Your responsibilities include, among others, the recording and verification of addresses (e.g., clients, business partners, parties/counterparties, etc.), ongoing control, cleaning, and updating of the existing address database (master data maintenance), as well as ensuring and continuously improving data quality. Additionally, you are responsible for data preparation for our various departments and various marketing-related activities, e.g., in connection with handling mailings (coordination with suppliers, responsibility for training and coordinating the assistant teams, etc.).

As a new team member, we are looking for a team player with a completed commercial basic education or an equivalent qualification (e.g., Matura) as well as solid expertise in address management and CRM, acquired for example through professional experience in a similar position or further training. A marketing background and interest in business development topics are prerequisites. You have a strong affinity for address management and practical experience with CRM tools. You have a good understanding of digital processes and new technologies and, as an analytically thinking person, are used to independent and forward-looking work organization. You are linguistically skilled (native-level German, very good English skills; French skills are an advantage), master the entire MS Office suite very well, and want to be a valuable support to our Business Development & Marketing team as a communicative, reliable personality with joy in working in an interface function.
