Tasks
- You create and implement an optimal FM organization for the shopping centers in the region and plan maintenance including third-party companies
- You organize and plan the deployment of all technical employees or externally contracted personnel
- You are cost-conscious and create and monitor the ancillary cost budget and assist with multi-year investment planning
- You check and approve invoices within your area of responsibility
- You support the East Switzerland-Ticino real estate region with planning tasks, technical questions during renovations
- You ensure the safety of people and assets in the shopping centers
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a facility maintenance specialist or a craft apprenticeship (e.g., building services, electrical, sanitary/heating or ventilation technician)
- Leadership experience and strategic thinking and acting is a plus
- Administrative tasks are easy for you
- You have a category B driving license
- You are time-flexible based on the shopping center opening hours
- You are willing to take on operational activities (participation in maintenance) in the respective shopping centers
