What to expect

We are looking for a proactive personality who competently supports our managers in all HR processes. Thanks to your strong service orientation, you are a reliable contact person for our employees.

We give you the time to get to know our company and our culture. Step by step, you take on more responsibility and actively shape strategic topics.

You don’t have to be a professional with us yet. What matters is your willingness to learn, your motivation to take responsibility, and your desire to grow together with us.

• You take on daily tasks in HR administration, which you handle in a team of two and represent each other.
• You are the first point of contact for our employees for all HR-related questions.
• You support our managers in all HR processes and take an active role in recruitment – from job posting to hiring.
• You are responsible for the care of our apprentices and are supported by committed practical trainers.
• You coordinate the entire HR and internal services onboarding process and conduct onboardings yourself.
• You support reception including the telephone switchboard – especially during vacation absences.
• You keep an eye on the office infrastructure and, together with your team, ensure a well-maintained and functional working environment.
• You lead or support company-wide projects on various topics and actively contribute your ideas.

What you bring

Your profile

• You have a commercial basic education.
• You have several years of practical experience in the HR field, ideally as an HR generalist.
• A further education as an HR specialist with a federal diploma is a big plus.
• You have experience in training or supervising apprentices.
• You have completed the trainer course or are willing to complete it soon.
• You work proficiently with O365 products and confidently use digital tools in everyday life.
• Knowledge of Abacus is a great advantage.
• You have German as your mother tongue.
• Experience in leading or participating in company-wide projects is an advantage.
