To strengthen our team in road construction, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality as a Construction Machine Operator Pneumatic Excavator (m/f/d).

• Independent and professional operation of pneumatic excavators over 10 tons
• Performing excavation, leveling, and surface preparation work
• Assisting with utility, drainage, and edge finishing work
• Precise work in the area of existing lines and traffic areas
• Daily maintenance, care, and minor servicing of the machine
• Compliance with safety and quality regulations
• Active support of the team on the construction site

• Completed training in the construction industry or several years of professional experience in road or civil engineering
• Proven experience as a construction machine operator, ideally on pneumatic excavators
• Valid construction machine operator license (SUVA) as well as M1 and M2 licenses are an advantage
• Technical understanding and a high sense of responsibility
• Independent, precise, and reliable working style
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility
• Driver's license category B (additional categories are an advantage)
• Good knowledge of German
