We are continuing to build our still new Dementia Care Team – and are looking for people with empathy, competence, and team spirit at all training levels:
Dementia care (FaBe Elderly Care or FaGe EFZ as well as certified nursing professional)
Health professionals (FaGe) or Elderly Care professionals (FaBe) - (60-100%)
- You take on nursing tasks with responsibility and professional competence
- You adapt your care individually and are a communicative link in the team
- You actively shape the care process
🎓Certified nursing professionals HF/FH (60-100%)
- You manage demanding care situations professionally and empathetically
- You coordinate the care process and accompany relatives on an equal footing
- You influence the development of the team with your expertise
