Are you our new team member who will support us as Deputy Production Manager immediately or by arrangement?
You will work 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday from 06:30 to 15:40 in a 100% role. Working hours may vary during events.
Our Task Menu
- Co-design of the leadership and organisation of the entire kitchen area for KSA production
- Ensuring a high standard of food quality and active participation in production
- Ensuring and planning KSA catering in collaboration with the Production Manager, Head Chef, Deputy role
- Contributing ideas for the further development of an inspiring and innovative menu planning
- Assisting in the coordination of inventory management from purchasing to stocktaking within the given budget and considering business impacts as Deputy to the Production Manager
- Participation in recipe creation using inventory management systems as Deputy to the Production Manager
- Handling various administrative tasks
- Contact person for the individual KSA locations, Deputy role with Head of Gastronomy
- Ensuring and coordinating orders and timely deliveries to the KSA locations
Your Recipe for Success
- Basic training as a cook: EFZ
- Further training as a diet cook: advantageous
- Head chef with a federal diploma: advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in all kitchen positions
- First leadership experience
- Experience in a delivery operation or hospital kitchen: advantageous
- Sound knowledge of costing and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of administrative tasks
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Team player and willingness to learn as well as an enthusiastic "foodie"
