Your Area of Responsibility
The Höchweid Centre in Ebikon offers 117 residents a "home" where they feel cared for – supported by a dedicated interprofessional team of a total of 200 employees. Due to the upcoming retirement of the current post holder, we are looking for an experienced, honest and reliable personality who will take over operational management with a steady hand, clear stance and strategic vision.
The chosen course is to be consciously continued. At the same time, upcoming developments, such as a planned extension and positioning as a competence centre for care and support, open up new opportunities for shaping the future. We are looking for a leader who will help shape this path with foresight, continuity and drive.
Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for operations, personnel, finances and organisation; direct management of department heads as well as further development of structures and processes.
- Initiation and implementation of a change and organisational development process while maintaining stable service delivery in day-to-day business.
- Leadership and management of a significant major project in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implementation of strategic directives in close cooperation with the Board of Directors; confident representation towards authorities, partners, relatives and other stakeholders.
- Fostering a trusting, appreciative and professional organisational culture.
Your Profile
You have proven leadership experience in complex, personnel-intensive organisations and bring the following qualifications:
- Operational Overall Management: several years of operational overall responsibility in an organisation of comparable size and complexity with multi-level management structures as well as personnel, results and financial responsibility.
- Change & OE: solid experience in initiating and implementing change and organisational development including sustainable anchoring in structure, processes and culture.
- Major Projects: experience in leading and managing large, complex projects with responsibility for deadlines, costs and quality as well as high interface coordination. This experience can come from various sectors.
- Completed specialised or university degree in business administration or a relevant discipline in the health/social sector as well as proven practical competence in overall financial management (budget, finance and accounting, investments).
Our Offer
We offer you a responsible and meaningful leadership role with scope for creativity. A well-coordinated, loyal team as well as a committed Board of Directors stand by your side. You will have the opportunity to actively shape the further development of the centre – in an environment with a high quality of life and attractive employment conditions.
We very much look forward to meeting you.
