To complete our assembly team, we are looking for a Chief Assembler (100%)
Your tasks:
- Execution of the complete assembly according to plans and specifications
- Responsibility for the assigned assembly personnel (including temporary workers)
- Ensuring work safety, cleanliness, and order on the construction site
- Compliance with quality assurance regulations
- Responsibility for meeting final deadlines
- Responsibility for assigned vehicles, tools, and machines
- Checking and signing the work reports of temporary employees
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a metalworker or steel builder
- 2 – 3 years of professional experience as a team leader
- Convincing professional and interpersonal assertiveness
- Independent and well-organized working style
- High level of responsibility and cost awareness
- Team-oriented and service-minded personality
- Flexibility in scheduling and willingness for special assignments
