The Liechtenstein Elderly and Medical Care (LAK) is an independent foundation under public law. With over 550 employees, LAK is a significant employer and an exemplary training and continuing education institution. It always aims to ensure the highest quality nursing and care for Liechtenstein in the inpatient sector. Currently, nursing facilities in Vaduz, Schaan, Triesen, Triesenberg, Eschen, Mauren, and Balzers are part of LAK. In 2029, another location in Ruggell will be added.

Head of Nursing and Care (m/f)

Workload: 80 – 100 %

You are a member of the management team and take overall responsibility for the nursing and care department at all LAK locations. In addition, you bear the overall financial responsibility in your area of responsibility.

As a supervisor, you professionally and appreciatively lead the heads of nursing and care at the respective locations, the head of nursing development, and the head of case management. You shape the further development of your area and are part of entrepreneurial decision-making processes.

You are responsible for creating, updating, and implementing guidelines, concepts, and processes. Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and smooth workflows are as important to you as participating in cross-departmental projects. Furthermore, you represent the department externally. You bring a completed nursing diploma at tertiary level. Advanced professional training in nursing/a business administration education is an advantage. You have several years of leadership experience in a senior position.
