- You have a further education in Business Analysis, Business Informatics or Requirements Engineering and have gained solid professional experience in the last three to five years
- Models such as BPMN, Use Cases, or Context Diagrams help you make complex topics tangible
- You work independently, courageously, and solution-oriented and dare to question and improve things
- You are a good listener, communicate clearly, and feel comfortable exchanging with IT, business units, and external partners
- You bring drive, openness, and eagerness to develop – both professionally and personally
