Auditorate at the District Court Dielsdorf (100%)
An auditorate at the District Court Dielsdorf offers graduates the opportunity to enter the legal profession. It lasts one net year and is credited as a practical year in accordance with the admission requirements for the bar exam.
The District Court Dielsdorf employs nine auditors. As part of the auditorate, you will be deployed in all areas of activity for which a district court in the canton of Zurich is responsible. By participating in hearings, partially independent case processing, and drafting decisions, you will gain particular insight into civil law (e.g., claims including labor law disputes, family and tenancy law), criminal law, as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law.
Our ten positions as court clerks are regularly filled by our own auditors. This gives you the prospect of a longer-term position at the District Court Dielsdorf and a career in the Zurich judiciary.
Admission requirements according to § 2 AudVO:
- Completed law degree;
- Very good knowledge of the official language;
- Good reputation (criminal record extract);
- Legal capacity (certificate of legal capacity)
Applications are accepted even before the official graduation ceremony, provided the application includes a confirmation from the university or an extract of the grade sheet showing that all required examination subjects and the master's thesis have been successfully completed.
