Your tasks:

• Technical leadership of the planning team within the timber construction projects

• Scheduling and resource coordination within the planning team, as well as with external specialist planners/architects

• Technical clarification of detailed solutions (e.g. statics, fire protection, sound insulation, thermal insulation, moisture protection, and building services)

• Close coordination with calculation and project management timber construction

• Creation of 2D and 3D planning documents using Cadwork

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a carpenter, as well as further training as a timber construction foreman, foreman, or technician

• Experience in timber construction planning, preferably with Cadwork

• Good IT skills, especially MS Project and Excel

• Extensive leadership and coordination skills
