Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (Milling 3&5 Axes)
Activities
- CAM programming with Topsolid
- Creation of CNC programs based on construction drawings and/or 3D data
- Optimization of existing programs with regard to machining and tool life
- Part machining with a CNC machining center, 3 and 5-axis milling (Heidenhain)
- Flexible deployment on other machining centers
- Independent setup including quality control
Requirements
- Good CNC experience with milling machines
- Completed basic polymechanic training
- Reliability and ability to work in a team
- Enjoyment of independent work
- Willingness to work in an extended daily working time model close to a 2-shift operation
