Under the umbrella of the non-profit and non-commercial Siloah Foundation, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex, as well as operational and IT functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age. The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational functions.

At the location in Gümligen, we are looking for a Medical Practice Assistant for our home doctor practice & emergency practice immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks

• You are responsible for the care as well as the monitoring of patients in the emergency practice. You work very closely and directly with the medical team
• You perform laboratory analyses for the entire Siloah (inpatient and outpatient)
• You support the team with X-ray examinations, ECGs, lung function tests, and blood draws
• You assist with lumbar punctures, cystofix changes, and minor surgical procedures
• You are responsible for triage and scheduling of our patients
• You are responsible for administration, correspondence, and billing

Your profile

• You have training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• You are flexible and work independently as well as reliably
• High resilience and teamwork skills are among your strengths
• You have a service-oriented mindset and a high degree of personal responsibility
• You have a quick grasp of things
