Project Management Officer 40 – 60% (m/f/d)

to support us at the Bern or Winterthur location in achieving this goal. Creative, motivated, and resourceful – we are looking for a self-organized and communicative personality to complement our team.

As a Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for program and project assistance in our mobility projects towards our customers. This includes general project administration (from project initiation to project completion), support in acquisitions and tenders, and regular contact with customers within the scope of project administration.

• Completed commercial/technical training or comparable qualification.
• Experience in the mobility industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project), data analysis and visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Excel), collaboration and communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams), as well as documentation and knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
• Excellent knowledge of German (native language) and fluent English and French in spoken and written form; any additional foreign language is an advantage.
