To strengthen the Swiss sales team, we are looking for a
Regional Sales Manager Cardiac Rhythm Management - Central Switzerland Region
home-office based, ideal residence in the area of Aarau, Basel, Bern, Lucerne
In coordination with the Country Manager, the Regional Sales Manager independently manages a designated region. This includes leading a sales territory, acquiring customers, supporting existing customers, initiating training in customer facilities, targeted information for non-customers, carefully reviewing the entire region for potential customers, and passing this information on to the company. Furthermore, he is responsible for sales planning and the preparation of sales plans for the respective region. Additionally, he is responsible for leading a sales and technician team and managing all activities.
YOUR TASKS
- Sales and leadership responsibility
- Responsibility for achieving budget targets in the region with the specified product groups and his team
- Ensuring the highest possible sales volume with the best possible margin
- Expanding market share
- Responsible for inventory management and Opex control
- Constantly collects and monitors the number of all potential customers in the sales area
- Requests and verifies competitive conditions for comparable products and services
- Creates prospective sales and revenue plans based on this and other specifications
- Communicates market data and planning with employees and higher management
- Obtains an independent view of the market from sales staff
- Positions Abbott Medical as a long-term, strategic partner in the rhythmology product segment
YOUR PROFILE
- Basic attitude: opportunity thinker and motivated sales personality ideally with experience in the field of complex medical devices
- A completed scientific, technical or business degree or a comparable qualification
- Ideally sales or marketing experience in the cardiovascular market environment
- You are familiar with the operating room / catheter lab environment
- High analytical understanding, strategic thinking ability and resilience
- Friendliness, teamwork skills, and pronounced communication skills
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive approach to change
- Strong personal responsibility, initiative and above-average commitment
- Confident handling of the MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Unrestricted, also short-term mobility
- Good English skills (spoken and written)
