Employee Service & Information (m/f/d)

Your new tasks

Answering customer questions about shopping at Pfister in direct customer contact at the information desk in the branch
Answering customer inquiries by phone and email
Ensuring administrative tasks in the branch (correspondence, price tags, customer service cases, etc.)

Supporting branch management in administrative tasks
Supporting sales staff with questions about sales documents, IT systems, and administrative processes in the branch
Helping out on the sales floor and at the cash register as needed
