Job Description
- Professional and flexible customer service, reception and farewell of patients and guests as well as competent information provision
- Main contact point for internal and external customers
- Responsibility for smooth processes during patient admissions and discharges including emergency admissions
- Proper operation of the telephone system, forwarding incoming calls
- Responsible for the assortment, sales, ordering and controlling of kiosk items
- Coordination of chauffeur rides for our patients
- Distribution of incoming and franking of outgoing mail
- Monitoring of the alarm and fault system in cooperation with the technical service
- Monitoring and coordination of all processes at the reception
Qualifications
- You have training in the commercial sector or in the hotel and hospitality industry, preferably as a hotel specialist with a focus on front office
- Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospital sector
- Very good German and English skills are required, additional language skills are an advantage
- Very good MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to take responsibility and ability to work in a team
- Very good organizational skills, flexibility and stress resistance
- A neat appearance and very good manners
- Willingness to work irregular shifts (early and late shifts, weekend shifts)
