Activities
- Personnel and professional leadership of 3 directly and approximately 19 indirectly subordinate employees
- Responsibility for uniform and consistent processing of debt collection orders as well as tax waiver requests, ensuring compliance with higher-level regulations
- Supporting employees in decision-making and enforcement of complex debt collection cases, conducting demanding conversations
- Drafting orders, objection decisions, and professional statements
- Responsibility for the department's financial matters (bookkeeping, closings, budgeting), support in projects as needed
Profile
- Higher business administration education or similar, further training and experience in debt collection advantageous
- Several years of leadership experience
- Experience in tax law advantageous
- Willingness to support and actively shape change processes
- Fluent in German (spoken/written), French spoken, English advantageous
