Employee Technical Support Heat Pumps

·       Receiving and processing customer inquiries

·       Technical support for customers and internal employees

·       Preparation of short offers and procurement of spare parts

·       Conducting technical clarifications in cooperation with product management and our service technicians

·       Technical support and further development of the interfaces between PV systems, heat pumps and digital platforms

·       Ensuring the smooth operation of the app and remote maintenance systems including user support

·       Participation in the further development of internal applications to optimize processes and user-friendliness

·       Technical basic training - ideally as a heating installer, electrician or in a related profession in house and building technology

·       Interest in electrical, refrigeration and control technology

·       First experience with heat pumps is an advantage

·       Good communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact

·       Reliable and structured way of working

·       Team player and a strong service orientation
