Polymechanic – Service Technician 80% Field Service
Activities
- - Service technician 80% in field service mostly in German-speaking Switzerland, occasionally in Ticino and Western Switzerland, possibly once abroad. About 20% of working time is spent on internal repairs
- Languages German and English (French + Italian would be an advantage)
- Customer groups: drinking water, sewage treatment plants, offices for lakes and rivers
- Tasks: installation, service, and repairs of analytical devices, quantity and fill level measuring devices
- Knowledge: mechanics, electronics, programming of transmitters, setting up data transmissions via cloud, etc.
- Profile: team player, independent working, reliable, friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Training: on the job, at suppliers (mostly in Europe), with colleagues – good English skills are mandatory for the training.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as polymechanic
- Solid professional experience
- Precise and efficient working method
- Customer-friendly demeanor
- Driver's license B
- Very good German and English skills
