- Participate in the development of HR instruments and systems (e.g., strategic human resources planning, introduction of an LMS, and change management)
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret HR data and write reports
- Collaborate on strategic topics within the HR team (e.g., concept development and workshop design)
- Conduct research and evaluate new trends and technologies in the HR field
- Independently create presentations and result analyses
- Work on (partial) projects with creative freedom and demonstrate individual responsibility
What makes your success

- Ongoing bachelor or master studies (university/FH) in business administration/economics, personnel management, or a comparable field of study
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of French
- Openness to change and new experiences
- Quick comprehension, analytical and synthetic thinking
- Accuracy, structured working methods, and solution-oriented approaches
- Commitment, versatile interests, and team spirit
