Your Contribution

• Responsibility and implementation of small to medium-sized trade fairs and events in Europe
• Management of the corresponding trade fair/event budgets
• Coordination of trade fair logistics for Europe in cooperation with the branches
• Support in the organization and execution of key trade fairs and events
• Support or partially independent implementation of trade fair communication (social media, direct mailings, advertisements, etc.)
• Participation in regional sponsorship activities; provision of branding materials
• Care and management of the company’s own giveaway shop; development of new ideas for promotional items
• Collaboration with internal and external contacts worldwide

Your Skills and Talents

• Completed commercial basic training or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in marketing, communication, or event management desirable
• Experience in organizing trade fairs or events, preferably in an industrial environment
• Structured way of working, resilience, and confidence in dealing with tight deadlines
• Enjoyment in planning, organizing, and coordinating as well as international collaboration
• High personal responsibility, structured working method, and hands-on mentality
• Confident German and very good English skills in spoken and written form
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with communication tools is an advantage
