Syntegon Technology Services AG in Beringen (SH) is a company of the Syntegon Group and a central component of our global service organization. In this varied position, you act as an interface between Syntegon, technicians, and customers and achieve an optimal result for all stakeholders thanks to your negotiation skills.

• In this responsible position, you are responsible for fulfilling (cost, time, scope) service agreements.
• You are the main contact person for the customer when planning maintenance deployments.
• In addition, you take over the project management of service solutions and are responsible for maintaining project-relevant data in the ERP and CRM systems.
• You initiate lessons learned sessions with internal and external stakeholders for the continuous improvement of the product portfolio.
• Furthermore, you apply all common problem-solving methods in case of problems, thus ensuring an ideal solution for all stakeholders.

• You have successfully completed a technical degree, e.g., in mechanical engineering.
• In addition, you have already worked for several years in the special machine construction environment (Pharma Liquid), are well versed in international project management, and bring experience in maintenance and/or service management.
• Thanks to your excellent problem-solving skills, you find it easy to find constructive solutions and build or maintain long-term customer relationships.
• You are used to being in contact with customers and are naturally a negotiation talent.
• Your very good German and English skills and your professional appearance help you in customer contact; additional languages such as French or Italian are a plus.
• Knowledge of TPM and Six Sigma rounds off your profile.
