Project Assistant: Infrastructure Department
Administration | Horw | 40% - 50% | from 01.04.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Taking over the administrative hub function within the Infrastructure Department
- Supporting project and construction management in project management, especially in project cost control and schedule coordination
- Ensuring timely and target-group appropriate communication with internal and external parties
- Responsibility for complete, structured filing and documentation of project documents as well as maintenance of the object and plan archive (including occasional plan adjustments in CAD)
- General correspondence as well as preparation of minutes and project-specific reports
Your profile
- Completed training as a draftsman EFZ specializing in architecture, construction management or a comparable qualification; alternatively, commercial training in the construction industry
- Professional experience in the construction industry as well as in project management
- Knowledge of CAD, ideally AutoCAD
- Familiarity with SIA phases and BKP numbers
- Service- and customer-oriented personality with assertiveness
- Innovative, open and numbers-affine working style as well as confident appearance
- Active participation in the optimization and further development of processes
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and common collaboration tools
