To strengthen our team, we are looking for a competent and experienced person for our Passenger Car Center Bern as aService Advisor Workshop 100% (m/f).
Your Tasks
- Advising and supporting our customers and business partners from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
- Creating cost estimates and damage calculations
- Recording and processing workshop orders until billing
- Responsible for a smooth warranty processing
- Initiating appropriate repair measures and monitoring deadlines
- Checking the completeness and quality of the work performed
Your Profile
- Completed automotive technical basic training as well as further training in the commercial field
- Several years of professional experience in customer service
- Very good oral and written German skills as well as good oral English skills and other foreign languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, pleasant manners, and customer-oriented appearance
- Organizational talent, resilience, and networked and solution-oriented thinking and acting
