- Responsibility for a smooth operation in room service during your shift (day and night shifts)
- Receiving and processing orders, stylish presentation and discreet delivery according to our quality standards
- Professional guidance, motivation and support of the team during the shift
- Ensuring compliance with service and hygiene standards
- Close cooperation with kitchen, housekeeping and front office to ensure a perfect guest journey
- Handling guest feedback and supporting special requests
- Completed training in hospitality/gastronomy or several years of professional experience in an upscale service environment
- Experience in room service or F&B area, ideally in luxury hospitality
- First leadership experience (e.g. as supervisor or chef de rang) is an advantage
- Host qualities, discretion and enjoyment in dealing with international guests
- German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Flexibility and structured working method – even during intense service phases
