We are looking for an Employee Activation & Care for the Etzel Senior Center Foundation (60%)

Your tasks:

• Support and co-design of activation and care offers 
• Assistance with activities, events, and occasions
• You support the organization and implementation of events in our house and conduct smaller-scale events yourself
• Collaboration with nursing professionals, relatives, and the interdisciplinary team
• Willingness to work weekend shifts and evening service assignments 

Your profile:

• Completed training as a specialist in "Everyday Design and Activation", a comparable training or several years of experience in a similar role
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Enjoyment in dealing with elderly people and a high level of social competence
• Organizational talent, reliability, and a neat appearance
• Flexibility and team spirit
• User knowledge of MS Office programs
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form

Recruiting process:
