For our PvB specialist center in Schwerzenbach, we are looking for a committed personality (m/f/d) as of October 2025 or by arrangement:

Specialist Management/Department Management Logistics (80 - 100%)

Your impact

• You lead the logistics department and actively shape the areas of warehousing, distribution, and scheduling.
• With your expertise, you accompany and support up to 25 adult and young job seekers directly in everyday work and strengthen their professional development.
• You plan, coordinate, and monitor internal as well as external customer orders efficiently and reliably.
• With your professional support, you specifically increase the participants' chances on the labor market.
• Together with coaches and German language support, you develop practical perspectives for sustainable integration into the labor market.
• You actively contribute to the team, take on responsibility, and ensure operational daily business through deputizing.
• Through active acquisition, sales, and quotation in the logistics and transport sector, you further expand our customer network.

Your profile

• Completed basic training in logistics (at least EFZ) and at least five years of professional experience.
• Experience in supporting job seekers or in interdisciplinary projects.
• Further education in work pedagogy is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics) for efficient control of goods and information flows.
• Digital warehouse management systems (WMS) and modern scanner/RFID technologies.
• Sustainability competence in logistics (green logistics, circular economy, resource-saving processes).
• Use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, tools for process automation or training support) in everyday work.
• Change management and innovation competence to actively introduce new technologies and processes.
• Digital communication and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) in interaction with interdisciplinary teams.
• Agile methods (e.g., Scrum/Kanban) for planning and implementing projects.
• Patience, humor, and openness in dealing with different cultures and life situations.
• Appreciative, respectful, and solution-oriented attitude.
• Good Office 365 skills.
