As part of a temporary assignment, we are looking for a
SUPPLIER COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are organised, meticulous and autonomous in managing several requests simultaneously;
- You are comfortable communicating with external contacts and know how to follow up methodically and professionally;
- You are proficient with office tools, especially Excel;
- You have a good level of English;
- You know how to handle technical information accurately;
- Experience in purchasing, quality, supply chain, regulatory affairs, CSR or supplier management is an asset.
YOUR FUTURE TASKS:
- Identify, based on lists and priorities defined by Regulatory Affairs, the suppliers, materials, components and packaging concerned by each regulation;
- Prepare and send information requests, questionnaires and declaration templates to suppliers;
- Contact suppliers by email to obtain the expected information;
- Clearly explain the requests, required documents and response deadlines;
- Carry out regular follow-ups until a usable response is obtained and escalate blocked situations;
- Collect and file declarations, certificates, questionnaires, SDS, technical data sheets, composition data, certificates and other supporting documents;
- Perform a first-level check on completeness, concerned reference, date, possible signature, apparent consistency and adequacy with the request;
- Identify incomplete or inconsistent responses and request necessary supplements;
- Record information and documents in the defined tools and tracking tables;
- Ensure complete traceability of requests and responses: supplier, reference, regulation, request date, follow-ups, documents received, status and remaining open points;
- Maintain a dashboard to monitor response rate, complete files, pending files and blockages;
- Prepare complete files for regulatory validation.
