Are you a skilled and committed craftsman personality who would like to work in a lively school environment with currently around 200 students? You can expect a versatile school environment with two kindergartens, a gymnasium, and various therapy rooms. From June 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we offer a varied position as a caretaker with facility responsibility for the St. Georgen Secondary School.

Your Tasks

Responsibility for the school facility and ensuring the functionality of the building, infrastructure, and technical systems

Professional and personnel management of the caretaker as well as the cleaning team

Organization, coordination, as well as active participation and independent execution of maintenance, renovation, repair, service, and cleaning work

Contact person for school management, teachers, students, and authorities

Administrative tasks

Committed participation in everyday school life and events

Your Profile

EFZ specialist in facility maintenance or a craft apprenticeship with several years of professional experience

Federal specialist certificate as a caretaker (or willingness to complete this promptly)

Leadership experience is mandatory

Business and customer-oriented thinking and acting

Independent, structured, and efficient working style

Team player, enjoyment of a workplace in a school environment

Good MS Office skills and confident German language skills
