Building Services Engineer Specialising in Ventilation (80 – 100%)

We are looking for an open and communicative personality for our building services department.

Area of Activity

In this role, you will independently or under guidance handle projects both in planning and realisation. Commercial and service buildings, industrial facilities, and laboratory buildings are our core sectors. We often act as general planners on behalf of the end customer and user. You will take on a central role in projects as coordinator and sub-project manager for ventilation. You will ensure that the flow of information between the involved internal and external planning partners functions smoothly.

Requirements

You have a basic education as a building services engineer specialising in ventilation and/or further training as a technician TS/HF and are capable of using modern CAD systems efficiently and effectively, preferably Trimble Nova.

Ideally, you already have a few years of planning experience, know the processes from your own projects, and look forward to being involved from the initial study to the acceptance of the buildings.

We are looking for an open and communicative personality who enjoys building services planning and we expect you to be a team player with the willingness to also consider adjacent trades.
