Your Responsibilities
- Design balanced menus, respecting budget, seasons, and specific needs
- Prepare meals adapted to toddlers, promoting taste awakening
- Manage special diets and allergies with rigor and traceability
- Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness of workstations
Your Profile
- Certified cook or equivalent training recognized in Switzerland
- Proven experience in collective catering, in an environment related to early childhood is essential
- Organizational skills, rigor, and respect for quality standards
- Particular sensitivity to infant nutrition and dietary balance
- Knowledge of specific diets and allergens (hygiene training is a plus)
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and partners
